We are a Straumann approved practice and as well as treating our own implant patients we work with other dentists providing them with implant solutions for their patients on a referral basis.

Implants are used to replace missing teeth without having to resort to wearing dentures or damaging adjacent teeth to provide a bridge. An implant is a small titanium screw which is placed into the jaw bone and when integrated with the bone is restored to look and function like a tooth. Once an implant is in position with regular check-ups and conscientious hygiene it should provide you with many years of pain free service.

Sometimes there is not enough bone for a dental implant to be placed and patients require bone grafts. If this is the case we have our visiting oral surgery specialist Dr Tim Milton who can provide sinus lifts and bone grafts creating the optimum site for implant success.
