Facilities for the Disabled 

As our practice is on the first floor, we have a stair lift for those patients unable to make the stairs. Please let the receptionist know should you require use of the lift. There is a safety weight limit of 18 stone.

 

Confidentiality

Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken seriously and all information about our patients is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with our practice policy. If you would like a copy of our practice confidentiality policy, please contact the Practice Manager at our address.

Complaints

If you wish to lodge a complaint please put it in writing and address your complaint to “The Practice Manager” at our address. We will reply to your complaint within 7 working days.

 

Opening Times

Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m.

We close for lunch daily from 1:00 p.m – 2:00 p.m.

 

Emergencies

We reserve special time for dental emergencies every day. Please contact us during working hours and wherever possible, early in the morning, for an appointment the same day. Should you have an emergency out of practice hours please ring (01872) 573993 and listen to our recorded message informing you who to contact for advice and treatment.

 

Registration

To maintain your registration with the practice we advise that you have a check up every 6 months. If we have not seen you for a check up within 15 months then your registration will lapse.

 

Appointment Alterations

So as to help us try and keep down waiting times for everybody and thus provide quicker appointments for all it is important to avoid missed appointments. We therefore request that if you are unable to make your appointment that you give us as much notice as possible. If you either fail to attend your appointment or do not give more than 24 hours notice, (for a Monday appointment notification requested by Friday am) then there may be a discretionary late cancellation/appointment failure fee which will be required to be paid at your next visit.
